Hallmark Cards Frinton
After working in a high-pressured job for a number of years Sue Igle decided to change careers in an effort to slow down and enjoy life more. She successfully applied for a job as manager of her local Hallmark cards retail shop in Frinton and spent several happy months in her new position.
When the owner of the shop decided to sell the business Sue and her partner Dave, under the guidance of Griffin Chapman, bought the business. At the time they found the whole process quite stressful but after a lot of hard work they now have a thriving business and have never looked back.
Griffin Chapman provided assistance in setting up their accounting system, registering for VAT and completing the forms required for the Inland Revenue when the business started. They are also responsible for their tax computations and returns, the annual accounts and for running the payroll.
